Mental Health Workshop
How well are you coping with the stress in your life?
Understanding your stress levels can help you make a plan for how to manage your stress and anxiety. When some people experience too much stress, they may feel a loss of control, excessive worry and other negative emotions. By managing our stress and anxiety, we can maintain positive mental health as the pandemic evolves. Join us for a workshop on Stress Management, Grief, Loss and Healing.
The program will run 5pm - 6:30pm on Saturday February 18th and will host by social workers. After which, Family Life, Youth, Children, Social and Hospitality Ministries will be hosting a social/games night event for the entire family starting at 7pm. Refreshments will be served. Remember to bring along your favorite board games.
10 Days of Prayer
Join us as we come together via Zoom for A Time of Prayer. Pray with us and for our community as we seek to discern God's will for us through times of prayer, music, and testimony.
